Legacy Real Estate & Associates began in 1971 with a man and his vision. Bill Aboumrad, Sr. started Good Real Estate in Fremont, a company that was bound by ethical standards, took a creative approach to problem solving and where each associate had a genuine desire to be kind and gracious. Today, the legacy continues with his son, Bill Aboumrad, Jr. who, as the president, holds the same vision for the company. The company has attracted some of the best and experienced agents.
