  We met Jennifer by chance at an open house.  We were in the early stages of deciding whether we were ready to jump into the market for a home yet but after a brief conversation with her,  decided that when the time came, we would definitely choose her as a our Future Agent.  We met once so she could get our input of wants, must haves and other criteria.  She was able to set our expectations from her knowledge of the real estate environment in Pleasanton.   Within 2 weeks she had several homes ready for us to tour.  We found our house that first day.   

  Jennifer listened when we told her what was important to us.  She was professional, informative and was definitely looking out for our interests.   She kept us in the loop in regard to negotiations.  She helped us develop back out and contingency plans.  She encouraged us to also look on our own as well to help us to not only keep an open mind but help solidify our preferences and convictions as well.  She was definitely patient with us as we were probably not the easiest of clients.
